About the Role

This is not a marketing manager job for someone who wants to just "manage a team" or check boxes. We're looking for a true unicorn who can own and operate all things digital marketing and social media-across both Relentless Brands corporate channels and on behalf of our Franchise Partners nationwide.

You'll be planning, building, optimizing, and deploying paid ads (Meta, Google) for local and national campaigns, creating high-impact content in Canva, and obsessing over both direct response copy and brand consistency. You'll not only shape our digital voice but actually drive revenue and leads for our locations and partners-measured in real results, not just impressions.

You'll have the autonomy and authority to take action, solve problems, and implement what works. We're looking for someone with fresh ideas, a strong will to win, massive urgency, and zero fear of failing or iterating. You must love moving fast, communicating clearly, and taking ownership from concept to campaign reporting.


What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the entire social media presence for Relentless Brands and each Franchise Partner. Plan, schedule, and publish engaging organic content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a direct-response mindset.
  • Directly run and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for both brands and Franchise Partners-building audiences, writing and testing copy, designing creative, managing budgets, and reporting on performance.
  • Ideate, design, and launch original content using Canva and social media tools-everything from brand storytelling to promotions to high-converting ad graphics and videos.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to align on big-picture strategy while fully owning daily tactical execution, always with an eye toward driving measurable ROI.
  • Support Franchise Partners directly by building, deploying, and optimizing their local digital campaigns, ensuring their locations succeed and grow. You'll be the subject matter expert and doer-not just the advisor.
  • Track, analyze, and act on campaign and channel performance-not just to report, but to relentlessly optimize and improve.
  • Jump on new digital trends, tactics, and platforms ahead of the crowd, testing quickly and scaling what works.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams, Franchise Partners, and vendors, keeping everyone in the loop and moving forward.
  • Problem-solve with ingenuity. When something doesn't work, you get creative and pivot-fast.
  • Protect the Relentless Brands standard at all times-raising the bar for brand voice, creative, and performance in every campaign.

What You Bring
  • 2-4 years hands-on experience in digital marketing, media buying, or social media management (multi-brand or franchise experience a major plus)
  • Deep experience running and optimizing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for multiple locations or business units
  • Track record of building, managing, and growing organic and paid social channels for both brands and local business accounts
  • Advanced Canva skills (portfolio required); basic video editing a strong bonus
  • Data-driven: you can track, analyze, and report with fluency in all key digital KPIs
  • Excellent writing, direct response copy skills, and the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity
  • Experience using tools like Later, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar
  • Comfortable with the pace, pressure, and ambiguity of a rapidly scaling startup
  • Strong collaborator who knows how to build relationships and get buy-in quickly
