The Digital Marketing Lead will formulate and execute innovative digital strategies, tactics, and campaigns to promote the American Baitworks family of brands. In this role, you'll manage and analyze our digital marketing initiatives, delivering detailed reports and analytics to our internal teams to demonstrate the ROI of each campaign.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement paid digital media strategies to enhance visibility, recognition, and drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee the development, setup, and maintenance of the website.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and track progress across all channels.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for campaign issues related to spend, creative content, or vendor implementation.
  • Regularly present insights on performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of annual departmental operating budgets to achieve marketing goals.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluations by summarizing performance, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology to recommend enhancements for marketing results.
  • Ensure all marketing elements and programs align with our brand identity.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Expertise in managing Shopify e-Commerce stores.
  • Proficient in Facebook Creator Studio.
  • Skilled in Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Expertise in Google Search Marketing.
  • Experience with YouTube Advertising.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Analytics and ROI reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven time management abilities, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Successfully identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends and practices in online marketing.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Programs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in the outdoor industry is required.
  • A passion for fishing and the outdoors is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
