You will be joining a fast paced team that is working in a highly competitive market that is activating a first movers advantage strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research key prospective market And propose key regions for touring
- Unpack regions and identify high level opportunities and thrilling experiences
- Create compelling stories and descriptions for tours to be published across marketing and digital media channels
- Coordinate for approvals and logistical details of your experience delivery (permit requirements, taxes, entrance fees and more)
- Can manage effectively to time commitments and maintain quality in work (including from feedback, everyone has room to grow)
- Understands the customer value between differing booking types (bus vs. private car)
- Work to understand tasks and clarifications to pursue in each iteration as tasks are reviewed (discover our unknowns one step at a time)

Basic qualifications:
- Have a passion for traveling
- Have your own computer to collaborate online
- Self starter who knows how to manage own schedule
- Proactiveness, progress over perfection mentality and always seeking to learn and improve
- Can manage work on own time, must make calls when requested and work actively to timeline
- Have access to Microsoft office / google drive to collaborate
- Excited to write with a sense of joy, wonder and hope of captivating the traveler into their next memorable journey
- Ability to receive well considered and constructive criticism
- Thrive in a fast paced environment where you have the autonomy to drive forward to rapid results
- Must be able to legally work in the USA

Preferred Qualifications (optional)
- Pursuing or already have a related Digital marketing internship or certificate / degree
- Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
- Looking to turn this into a full time gig and wanting to prove yourself
- Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Experience with travel industry, including from deep passions
- An eye for aesthetically-pleasing color schemes, fonts and shapes
- Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Proven ability to drive for results, in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Able to multi-task and effectively manage several projects at once

This internship will last for a period of 6 months and does not provide any compensation. This internship will provide hands one experience to understand different digital marketing strategies and approaches and the ability to learn how to work in an high performing fast paced environment. This allows you to be able to add necessary professional skills to your resume to stand out going forward (which is why we may want to hire you afterwards).
