Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts and drive patient engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
This role oversees the performance and execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, working closely with the Business Development and Executive teams. The Director will manage internal resources and external partners, all while helping shape a unified strategy that supports our growth and mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive and departmental leadership to refine and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead performance marketing across all digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, SMS, directories, and social media) to optimize patient acquisition and engagement.
- Support content strategy across web, social, and email to enhance brand messaging and connect with diverse audiences.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members; oversee relationships with digital agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze marketing performance data, conduct A/B testing, and provide regular reporting to inform campaign decisions.
- Maintain brand consistency and support reputation management efforts across platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Admissions, and Business Development to translate insights into actionable marketing campaigns.
- Manage budget allocations across campaigns, tools, and creative development with a focus on ROI.
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong command of performance metrics, data interpretation, and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to lead content development initiatives across digital and print formats.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or offshore support.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare or behavioral health environment (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign performance, and brand visibility.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
