We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing efforts for our growing brand. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution, with no team underneath them-yet full ownership of the marketing function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies to drive brand awareness, grow our customer base, and increase revenue across all digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead our digital marketing strategy across all key channels (email, SMS, paid social, SEO/SEM, website).
- Oversee the strategic direction and performance of the e-commerce website, including sales growth, site optimization, user experience, and daily operations. Leverage analytics, testing, and customer insights to develop and implement high-impact strategies that drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Own all Klaviyo and Attentive campaigns and flows-building segmentation, automations, and A/B testing strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce conversion-driven marketing assets, ensuring visual consistency and creative alignment across all consumer touchpoints, from email and SMS to paid ads and landing pages.
- Design and implement data-driven loyalty and retention strategies, optimizing the customer journey to increase repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, and brand engagement.
- Optimize copy, landing pages, and content strategies to support SEO and paid search performance, driving qualified traffic and improving ROAS across paid platforms.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic priorities, while tracking ROI and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Report directly to leadership and help shape the future of the brand's growth strategy.
About You
- 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally for a consumer brand (fashion, accessories, or beauty is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, paid social platforms, and Google Ads.
- Strong e-commerce knowledge, with a track record of growing DTC businesses.
- Excellent eye for creative and user experience-able to think both visually and analytically.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning the full marketing function solo.
