Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a driven, performance-focused Digital Marketing Director to lead Daniels Health's global digital strategy during a period of dynamic growth. You will own the strategic direction of a multi-brand digital architecture that spans four countries, spearhead growth initiatives through a digital marketing team, provide strategic oversight for omni-channel awareness and conversion, and launch transformative digital campaigns that elevate the profile and accessibility of our brands in their respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute and evolve existing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and meet sales goals.
  2. Own governance of all digital marketing platforms and their continued optimization to drive brand competitiveness in each of our respective markets.
  3. Manage digital aspects of newly acquired ventures and integrate them into our core digital ecosystem.
  4. Lead multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and SEO.
  5. Collaborate with content and design teams to meet digital marketing objectives.
  6. Implement a robust analytics system to track marketing effectiveness and adapt strategies based on sales data.
  7. Manage budgets and performance metrics for all digital marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI.
  8. Lead multi-disciplinary projects involving coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  9. Identify digital marketing trends and the utilization of AI and emerging technologies to drive market edge and synergize internal business efficiencies.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Over 7 years of digital marketing experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing and building high performing teams.
  3. Experience working in CRM's for data tracking, lead management and analysis.
  4. Proven track record of innovative, successful project management.
  5. Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
  6. Passionate about staying at the forefront of marketing trends and technologies.
  7. Ability to lead and inspire internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high performance and goal attainment.

Complementary Skillsets:

  1. Expertise in managing a global CMS, troubleshooting, and enhancing website functionality.
  2. Expertise in email automation software, Account Engagement/Pardot preferred.
  3. Experience in owning digital standardization across a multi-brand organization.
  4. Experience working with multi-country requirements.
  5. Keen understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics and emerging e-commerce trends.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 a year The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
