We are hiring on behalf of Harris Media, a leading conservative digital marketing and communications firm, is seeking a skilled Republican Marketing Account Manager to lead digital strategies for high-profile political, advocacy, and public affairs clients.


Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategy and execution for political, advocacy, and public affairs clients. This is a client-facing role for a driven professional with strong leadership, digital marketing, and account management experience. You'll oversee junior staff, ensure quality control, and drive impactful results across multiple digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of conservative political landscapes and the ability to communicate confidently with clients in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while effectively leading and managing internal teams to maintain morale and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies for political campaigns, advocacy groups, and public figures.
  • Oversee client relationships, act as the main point of contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Lead internal teams, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content calendars, email marketing campaigns, SMS campaigns, and multimedia content, including graphic and video designs.
  • Lead digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
  • Use project management tools to coordinate internal workflows and meet tight deadlines.
  • Review and refine creative content, ensuring it aligns with client messaging and brand standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks and provide structured feedback to improve team performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and political narratives to keep clients competitive.
  • Lead client meetings, present strategies, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Maintain effective communication upstream to clients, delivering strategic insights and results while managing internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or political campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage full-time employees and oversee project execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and leading strategic discussions.
  • Background in conservative politics, advocacy, or think tanks is strongly preferred.
  • Creative skills (graphic design, content creation, or video production) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience.
  • Bonus and commission opportunities.
