We are in the hunt for someone with a creative, innovative and fresh eye to enhance our upcoming projects which include food hall facilities, town centers, co-working spaces, fresh markets, and much more.

The positions responsibilities and expectations are:
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms including video, website, email, social media and more.
  • Develop and monitor marketing performance metrics including lead conversion and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Create engaging and savvy copy for all initiatives. (Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial).
  • Promote new ways to attract prospective customers such as promotions and competitions.
  • Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Manage company websites which include routine maintenance, improvements, web traffic, monitor SEO, update information and content.
  • Implement SEO/SEM and paid advertising strategies.
  • Experience with Google AdSense, Google Analytics and related tracking/analytics services.
  • Creative, flexible thinker with desire to uncover fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Build, expand and manage the company's social media presence.
  • Proven analytical and modeling skills and experience in delivering data insights.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
