Join the growing marketing team at Media Source, Inc., home to Junior Library Guild, Library Journal, School Library Journal, The Horn Book, and AKJ Education. We're seeking a driven and data-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to optimize inbound marketing and advertising campaigns across all MSI brands. This is a hybrid position, up to 2 days in our Dublin, OH office.

In this role, you will drive the success of our digital campaigns, working across platforms to deliver targeted messaging that resonates with our diverse audiences, from librarians to educators and parents. You will use data and insights to continuously improve performance, ensuring that each brand's digital presence is impactful and engaging.

Who You Are:

You're passionate about SEO, SEM, and user-centered digital experiences. You love digging into metrics, A/B testing, and using insights to drive decision-making. You're collaborative, curious, and action-oriented.

What You'll Do:
  • Execute SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Manage paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics.
  • Test and improve website user experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • SEO/SEM expertise.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
