The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns for our agency and its diverse client portfolio. This position requires a detail-oriented, creative, and analytical professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including web, email, social media, and paid advertising.
Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall integrated marketing plans.
Create, source, and edit content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, maintaining brand voice and consistency.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Agency Analytics. Providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and account teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and projects.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for digital marketing strategies.
Manage and update website content and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and adherence to SEO best practices.
Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, supporting digital promotions and post-event follow-up as needed.
Support management of CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), including audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing coordination, preferably within an agency environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing and advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMRush, Sprout Social (Social Media Management), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, current trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven copywriting and editing abilities.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
