Digital Marketing Coordinator - Algonquin, IL
Salary: $50,000 - $57,000 annually + Free Benefits + 401K + PTO + Hybrid

Founded in 1960, our company is a nationwide beverage manufacturer specializing in a wide range of drinks, including fruit and vegetable juices, lemonade, and bottled water. We also produce chilled and frozen beverages in convenient, ready-to-drink packaging like cups and juice boxes. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our online presence and support our brand's digital voice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using digital tools to tell a compelling brand story.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms
  • Monitor and manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and help drive engagement
  • Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, website content updates, and performance tracking
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging strategies
  • Maintain and update website content in coordination with the marketing and product teams
  • Track campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital messaging with company goals
  • Help organize digital assets, coordinate promotions, and contribute to email marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
  • 6 + months of hands-on experience in digital marketing required (experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (required)
  • basic knowledge with SEO principles and tools (required)
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, HubSpot or similar CRM tool is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A team player who's eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative setting
