We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Associate in the Orlando, FL area. This is a hybrid role, with 1 day remote. Hotel/Hospitality/Timeshare experience is required.


JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and performance of our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who is eager to grow in the digital marketing space. You'll assist with website content reviews, support online reputation management, and generate performance reports to help guide marketing decisions.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and verify website content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate website updates, digital tools, and marketing platforms, ensuring functionality and alignment with guest experience standards before launch.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports on website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Amadeus iHotelier/TravelClick.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital content and promotional offers support business goals.
  • Assist in setting up and managing accounts that allow resort staff to respond to guest reviews on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor.
  • Maintain organized documentation of digital assets and reporting templates.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., front desk, reservations agent, or system support analyst).
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
  • Basic knowledge of online hotel booking engines and guest review platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot process issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or Alteryx is highly desired.
