Overview
Crafted is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance analysis across digital campaigns-with a specific focus on social media channels. This hybrid in-person role supports our B2B manufacturing clients by driving engagement, qualified leads, and measurable results through integrated digital and social strategies.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in both organic and paid social media, digital advertising platforms, and content planning. This position requires hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Activation
- Lead the development and execution of integrated organic and paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Align social content with client objectives, business goals, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction to creative teams and collaborate on content calendars, campaign messaging, and platform-specific best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Manage budgets for paid social efforts and allocate spend effectively to achieve defined KPIs.
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and technologies (including social listening and AI tools).
Digital Marketing Strategy and Activation
- Develop strategies and activate digital marketing programs including Paid Search, Display, Retargeting, and Marketing Automation efforts.
- Provide strategic direction to creative teams to develop ads, emails, landing pages, webinars, etc. that support demand generation programs and align with client strategy.
- Collaborate with content marketing team to align assets with organic channel.
- Participate in client discovery and planning meetings; contribute to briefs and campaign roadmaps.
- Track and measure MROI across campaigns and make strategic recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal multidisciplinary teams including design, content, and account strategy to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Direct day-to-day implementation while managing timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with external partners as needed to meet campaign goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media within a B2B environment (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to build and optimize social campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
- Proficient in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing budgets and making performance-based decisions.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and creating performance reports.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- SEO, AI-assisted marketing tools, and multimedia (photo/video) experience are a plus.
- B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
