Job Description:

Harris Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategy and execution for political, advocacy, and public affairs clients. This is a client-facing role for someone with digital marketing expertise and proven experience managing full-time employees. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts while overseeing internal teams and driving results across multiple channels.


Whether you've worked as a Digital Strategy Manager, Marketing Account Manager, or Client-Facing Marketing Project Lead, we're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and brings creative solutions to the table.


Digital Marketing Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute digital strategies for social media, online ads, email fundraising, and websites
  • Manage full-time employees, including performance management and professional development
  • Oversee client relationships, present strategies, and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Manage digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Google
  • Use project management systems to coordinate internal teams and meet deadlines
  • Stay ahead of digital and political trends to adjust client strategies
  • Lead client meetings, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a positive team culture

Digital Marketing Account Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing, advertising, or campaign experience
  • Experience managing full-time employees (not just contractors or volunteers)
  • Skilled at giving feedback, managing underperformance, and handling difficult conversations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and presenting reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be willing to commute to downtown Miami three days a week
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Republican or conservative campaigns, advocacy, or think tanks
  • Paid media buying or advertising strategy experience
  • Creative skills (graphic design, content creation, video production)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience
  • Bonus and commission opportunities
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in-office, Thursday-Friday remote
