Pay rate: $60.00 - $85.00/hr
Hours: 8-5pm
Location: Hybrid schedule - Tuesday/Thursday/and 1 other flexible day; 20 Moores Rd, Malvern PA 19355
Duration: 1 year, with possibility for TTH

Summary:
This person will be part of the north America IT Project management Office team and will
work primarily with our Digital IT and Marketing teams, along with several of internal clients to be the IT project manager or project lead and coordinate the digital components of each project - including creative strategy, development, execution, and post-op relations.
Most of these projects will be part of a larger Marketing and IT program aiming to enhance
the company's digital experience.
The PM will be coordinating a variety of projects ranging from large to small projects
simultaneously

Responsibilities:
As the IT Project manager, the resource will:
  • Coordinate projects end to end: Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation, including cybersecurity compliance requirements.
  • Assist the business to formalize their project requests and collect their requirements
  • Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget
  • Identifies project risks and issues and tracks associated remediation action plans
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal team members and internal customers to create and deliver all elements of each project
  • Generate and maintain project schedules and track all digital work in progress using a variety of tools (MS Office, Service Now Atlassian, Miro, Figma)
  • Animate meetings with stakeholders from different departments (IT, marketing,
  • legal, )
  • Act as the IT team and the marketing teams advocate within the company,
  • representing their goals and needs
  • Champion proper usage of time management
Qualifications
  • Intermediate to senior knowledge of Digital Project Management from strategy to execution, both in terms of approach and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with software/web/ecommerce projects (Drupal CMS & .NET projects required)
  • Knowledge of concepts of CRM, ERP is preferred.
  • Should be conversant with QA/ Testing methodologies of digital applications.
  • Previous experience of large digital transformation projects preferred
  • Knowledge of development methodologies with previous experience in Agile methodology, usage of JIRA and running scrums.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), an ability to take on and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, and an understanding of client relationships are a must
  • MUST be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively.
  • Customer service orientation and great interpersonal skills
  • Experience working for a web or creative agency w/ a large fortune 500 company a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, MS Teams, MS Project, ServiceNow (a plus)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices around UX and responsive design
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing strategies
  • PMP Certification (a plus but not required)
  • Ability to build project update reports using a variety of tools including MS Office Suite and present to the stakeholders
  • Experience with Miro, Figma, MS Office, Atlassian a must
