The Digital Intern will be mostly focused on creating video tutorials for the Banks' retail, small business, and treasury digital solutions. Experience in Camtasia is a plus. Also, building learning/training related to digital banking solutions. Assisting with the creation with additional training material, as needed. The internship will benefit an individual with strong video editing skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: - A overall GPA of 3.5 is strongly preferred, along with a 18 business related credits
- Preference will be given to students who are entering their Junior and Senior year of college
- Preference will be given to Cape Cod residents or those with housing arrangements already in place on Cape Cod.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is essential
- Previous employment experience in a bank, accounting or finance environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and experience preferred
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
