The Digital Health Implementation Manager will be responsible for executing and supporting Acute hospital based telehealth programs.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions Lead the planning, implementation, and management of multiple complex telehealth programs across acute hospital settings.
Partner and coordinate with vendors and technical teams to design and implement products and service offerings that meet the needs of the clinical teams.
Coordinate the development and execution of strategies for successful program launches and operational effectiveness.
Lead change management efforts related to the adoption of new telehealth technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
Ensure telehealth programs meet timelines, scope, and budget while adhering to quality standards.
Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including leadership, clinical teams, and IT departments.
Identify and mitigate risks related to program implementation, addressing issues proactively to minimize impact.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for telehealth initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of telehealth programs.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and program performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing telehealth services.
Participate in vendor evaluation, selection and lead onboarding activities and ongoing performance monitoring.
Contribute to the strategic direction, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities for telehealth growth and expansion, ensuring Novant Health remains at the forefront of digital healthcare innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree i n Information Technology, Computer Science,or related field or health care field, required.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years' experience in information technology., required.
- Minimum three years' experience in the health care industry, required.
- Minimum three years' experience with project/program management, required.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Experience in managing digital health, telehealth, and virtual care programs and operations. Excellent organizational, project management, and process improvement skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to synthesize data and convey key messages in a visually appealing and impactful way Experience in assessing current state, preparing recommendations to optimize and execute Experience in integrating new technologies and managing technology vendors.
