This a temporary full-time administrative position is responsible for the filing and organization of electronic documents as well as converting paper documents to digital documents and filing in the appropriate file location. The position will be through a temporary staffing agency, but the office is located in the People & Culture (Human Resources) Department of Town Hall where all paper files are located.
An individual will be required to focus for extended periods on reading a wide variety of documents and demonstrate attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience filing as well as proficiency in document imaging/scanning required.
Previous experience using MicroSoft SharePoint a plus
Ability to read, understand, analyze, and sort documents into appropriate folder structures based on previously established naming conventions required.

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
