Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Digital Escorts to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in the following locations; Reston, VA; Redmond, WA. The team is seeking end-user support specialists who are familiar with cloud environments to support an on-going classified program. Clearance : TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Location: Reston, VA, Redmond, WA Schedule: Shift work - 24x7 operational environment evening shift available This job opens for applications 3/12/2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date Responsibilities of the Digital Escort: Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools Document all findings from tickets and incidents Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier 1/Tier II level Qualifications of the Digital Escort:
• Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph required
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related professional experience
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow
