As we continue to expand-locally and globally-we are seeking a talented Digital Design Specialist to join our team and contribute to our diverse range of enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye and a passion for design who is ready to take on a variety of design challenges and contribute to the growth of our brands.
Job Description: As the Digital Design Specialist, you'll be the lead graphic and web designer across all of our businesses. You'll be responsible for creating designs that go out on social media, emails, digital and billboard ads, websites, and on various print materials.
We're looking for someone proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software) with experience in creating visual content for print and digital media. You'll be the go-to person for graphic design work, ensuring each brand maintains high-quality, on-brand visual content.

- Physical signage
- General print materials (shirts, pens, etc.)

In addition to these design tasks, you'll also be responsible for:
- Making creative and informational updates to all of our websites
Experience and Education: We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional design experience, either through prior full-time employment or freelancing. A strong portfolio showcasing your skills across both digital and print media is essential. Previous experience with website updates and design is preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Travel Responsibilities: - May require a mixture of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas.
- Occasional after-hours events will require a marketing presence to capture content and engage with the community.
Work Conditions: - Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
- Moderate Infrequent Exertion: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
