Position: Digital Data Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team in Marketing Decision Science. This person will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data from a variety of digital sources to provide insights and recommendations for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and analytics, as well as experience using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitor and analyse cross-channel digital data (including SEM/SEO, paid media, etc.) to provide synthesized insights across the customer funnel
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, focusing on building a narrative from the data with tactical recommendations
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate key metrics to stakeholders
  • Intake, manage, and deliver on ad hoc digital analytics requests from marketing partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve conversion rates
  • Ensure that data is accurately flowing between different systems and develop repeatable processes to automate tasks
  • Ensure adherence to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transfer and retention of data
  • Attend regular meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to provide analytical insight and status updates on key projects
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience as a data analyst or similar role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Google Analytics, Big Query, and Tableau
  • Direct experience with Salesforce products and services and ability to perform deep analysis of related data
  • Expertise in integrating disparate information, building forecast and trending models, developing charts, working with pivot tables and analyzing large tables of data
  • Track record of identifying and anticipating business data needs, performing detailed and insightful analysis and developing reports that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to build compelling Google Slides presentations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.
  • Must be a self-starter who can independently push projects forward, while also collaborating with other analysts and marketing partners as needed
  • Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management
  • Full Funnel Analysis & Insights: Analyze data across marketing, pipeline, and product domains to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies, including key performance indicators (KPIs), that connect these datasets to provide a holistic view of the customer journey and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Data Requirements & Collaboration: Define the essential dimensions and metrics needed for comprehensive full-funnel insights. Collaborate with data engineering teams to define requirements for new datasets and enhancements to existing ones, ensuring they meet the needs of marketing stakeholders.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
