Job Description:

UPS is searching for a motivated and experienced Digital Product Senior Analyst to support the continuous improvement of processes and technologies for the UPS Digital Access Program ("DAP"). This position will be responsible for working directly with Partners across one or more of the following areas: Partner Integration, Partner Experience, Technology Development and monitoring of the testing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports partners and partner teams with integration of UPS APIs and DAP technologies
  • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics related to partner support tools
  • Assist in improving processes for partner and merchant account classification/identification
  • Contributes to the development of requirements for new technology enhancement initiatives
  • Contributes to the improvement of partner support tools and processes for billing data, customer support, claims, etc.
  • Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to identify enhancements and features
  • Communicates with partners and partner teams to convey value of new enhancements
PREFERENCES
  • Displays ability to quickly learn and understand technical details of complex processes
  • Understands eCommerce practices and technical flows
  • Proficient in the UPS CRIS System
  • Knowledgeable in the UPS Billing Systems
  • Displays ability to tailor communications appropriately for different audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of APIs and the role they play in eCommerce
  • Experience with Agile development (specifically Scaled Agile, or SAFe) from a business sponsor side
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, preferably concentrated in Technology, Ecommerce, and Logistics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience
