- Stakeholder Support: Support business stakeholders in creating content that is targeted to customer needs and interests as part of a consistent, connected content experience.
- Content Structure Design : Define the structure and organization of digital content, ensuring it is scalable and adaptable.
- Content Creation and Governance : Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of online content, enhancing the overall user experience while ensuring consistency and quality.
- Content Optimization : Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience and engagement and effective content delivery. Leverage Search Engine Optimization expertise and platforms.
- Collaboration: As required, work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and engaging content.
- Performance Analysis: As required, use tracking and analysis systems to gain insights for content optimization and to guide content strategy.

Job Posting Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, content architecture, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Information Architecture / Taxonomy knowledge is highly desired.
- Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally, and within a global matrix.
- Strong initiative and creativity.
