DESCRIPTION This
entry-level position in e-commerce requires working
on-site 3 days a week .
You will support the digital content manager and work
collaboratively with the digital content analysts, focusing on
content management and syndication needs.
Organize and
upload client content to various
syndication platforms and perform
troubleshooting when content publication breaks down between retailers and the syndication provider. As the subject matter expert, you must become a certified user of key
Content Management and Syndication platforms.
You will also become an expert on
content form and function for all components, understanding digital content, retailer requirements and capabilities, and digital shelf analytics. Finally, this role will perform other administrative duties,
RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the content management and syndication process of organizing and uploading all content attributes and files to the content management and syndication platform.
- Ensure that all content updates are published and live on each retailer's site.
- Troubleshoot and error resolution: Diagnose and track down any functional, systematic, or process issues to a root or functional cause, and deliver the solution necessary to ensure any failed content is live.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and internal partners to establish a collaborative and dynamic approach to our services.
- Act as a CM&S SME to influence and support solutions that help us in meeting client needs, to ensure business commitments and objectives are met.
- Training and development, as needed, to learn new tools, systems, and processes in support of job duties and all Acosta-mandated training courses .
QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: - Familiar with managing retailer enterprise systems and operating web-based software programs and basic e-commerce practices and terminology
- Strong organization, coordination, project management, detail oriented and communication skills
- Manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel
- Asana experience preferred
- CPG experience a plus but not required
