The Digital Content Creator will serve as a hybrid creative force, supporting both Engel & Völkers Atlanta's internal brand storytelling and Millennial Marketing's client-facing campaigns. About the Role:
As the Digital Content Creator, you'll be responsible for capturing and curating impactful content that builds brand equity, drives engagement, and brings our clients' stories to life. You will develop and execute digital strategies across social platforms for both Engel & Völkers Atlanta and a select roster of Millennial Marketing clients. This includes producing video content, reels, and motion graphics; writing engaging captions; tracking analytics; and being a go-to creative collaborator across various industries.
This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid creative environment, possesses strong storytelling instincts, showcases strong abilities to navigate photo/video based strategy, and has a pulse on current digital and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal: Engel & Völkers Atlanta Content Creation
- Lead the strategy and daily execution of Engel & Völkers Atlanta's digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content around real estate projects, agent spotlights, lifestyle segments, and company culture.
- Collaborate directly with leadership and brokers to execute creative campaigns that align with overall brand and business objectives.
- Create compelling copy and captions, with attention to platform-specific trends and best practices.
- Provide monthly analytics and performance reports with actionable insights.
- Assist advisors (agents) with personal branding content through ongoing social support and content creation.
2. Client-Facing: Millennial Marketing Campaigns
- Build and execute digital content strategies for five active clients across industries such as F&B, wellness, law, retail, and real estate.
- Conduct monthly content creation sessions to capture footage and photography for multi-channel use.
- Manage daily social media calendars and adapt tone of voice, style, and strategy per client.
- Deliver final edits, written captions, and performance reports on a monthly basis for each client.
- Maintain brand integrity and creative consistency across all deliverables.
3. Agency Brand Growth
- Actively contribute to the growth of Millennial Marketing by creating and curating content that promotes the agency itself across its own digital channels.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in elevating the agency's digital voice and industry authority.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus).
- Experience in short-form video creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and voices while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail, design, and emerging trends.
- Comfortable in a client-facing or collaborative setting, able to receive and implement feedback.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Experience working with lifestyle brands or luxury markets.
- Background in photography or art direction.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social strategy.
