We're looking for a Digital Consumer Engagement Producer to help us deliver smarter, more personalized marketing campaigns that drive growth and profitability. This role supports the WEHCO Media, Inc. marketing and news teams, by building and optimizing email journeys, replicating design templates across multiple markets and personalizing subscriber touchpoints at scale. But, growth in this position is not just limited to these tasks and there is opportunity to be involved across all multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.

This role is responsible for creating, launching, and managing email journeys and lifecycle campaigns across various markets and ensure brand consistency and engaging content by collaborating with designers and editors. Key responsibilities include implementing personalization and segmentation strategies using tools like Braze, analyzing performance metrics to suggest optimizations, and contributing to experiments and A/B testing. Staying updated on email best practices and emerging trends in AI-enhanced marketing tools is also crucial.


Key Qualities We Seek:

  • Experience building and managing lifecycle campaigns in platforms like Braze, with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, customer lifecycle strategy and personalization using segmentation and dynamic content
  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics, including A/B testing, performance metrics (CTR, conversions) and data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of cross-channel campaign execution (email, push, SMS, social), data privacy regulations (like CAN-SPAM/GDPR) and brand voice consistency
  • Ability to adapt and scale templates across multiple brands or markets efficiently and accurately
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar dashboards to track and interpret campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams, especially in remote environments
  • A quick learner who can troubleshoot campaign issues, prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing (email, push, SMS, social).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Favored competency: Familiarity with SQL, paid social ad platforms, and customer data platforms.
  • Favored competency: Familiarity with Adobe's suite of products and Canva.

The position offers a hybrid/remote work setup with an office location in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role is and may require occasional light travel for company meetings, industry events, or team collaborations. Flexibility in work hours is essential, allowing for adjustments to meet project deadlines or facilitate cross-time-zone cooperation. This position reports directly to the VP of Digital Consumer Revenue and is a full-time exempt role.
