POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the digital marketing team, the Digital Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the online reputation of our locations and providers across various platforms. This includes strategically responding to reviews, creating and managing Google Posts, and fostering community engagement through forum moderation. The role also involves analyzing data on community engagement and online reputation to provide actionable insights to clinic leaders. Collaborating closely with clinic leadership, address community concerns and ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, the Digital Community Engagement Specialist will work with digital and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing reviews and engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field is required. At least one year of marketing communications, community forum or social media management experience is preferred. Experience in health care industry is a plus.
