THE RUNDOWN

The Client Service Representative (CSR) for Digital Sales will work with Account Executives (AE) and complementary internal departments (Research, Creative Partnerships, Operations, Traffic, and Finance) to facilitate the sale of HTS Digital Assets, independently or as an aggregate to the HTS linear business. The primary responsibility of the CSR is to assist AE's in the digital sales process from inception, through the sales process, and post-sales process management.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Collaborate with and support the Account Executives on all account needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and frequently play a consultative role - by offering media insights to inform strategy, best practices, targeting recommendations, optimization suggestions and recaps where necessary
  • Assemble and provide effective digital sales packages
  • Adjust and revise media plans in conjunction with agency and AE feedback
  • Develop sales collateral for upcoming meetings, presentations, and sales pitches including sales decks, opportunities, and mock-ups
  • Assist AE in prospecting through use of sales tools and industry updates
  • Collaborate with internal Home Team Sports departments to build sales materials and packages for RFPs on all pieces of the Digital Portfolio (Streaming, Highlights, Connect, Social)
  • Coordinate and communicate with Sales Pricing and Strategy when needed for pricing strategies
  • Provide direction to HTS Digital Client Service Coordinator on campaign management and stewardship
  • Manage campaign through stewardship with internal and third-party reporting systems
  • Ensure that plan due dates are met by effectively managing time and internal deadlines
  • Perform administrative duties such as order maintenance, posting billing reconciliation, as well as industry and competitive research and analysis via appropriate sales execution tools.
  • Mentor and/or manage junior members of the team to foster an environment that encourages growth, innovation and creativity

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years similar experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred with some knowledge of basic CRM systems
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships required
  • Good organizational skills and a proven ability to work both as a member of a team and individually are necessary
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment required
  • Experience and understanding: MOAT, Innovid, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Campaign Manager, FreeWheel, ComScore, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, and Extreme Reach.
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • This role takes place in an office setting and is a sedentary role
  • Minimal travel may be required to attend meetings, conduct trainings, etc.
COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this role is $68,000 to $72,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
