Job Description
The Digital Campaign Manager plays a critical role in the successful delivery, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. This position focuses on maximizing campaign performance and ad revenue through detailed reporting and strategic optimizations, ensuring client satisfaction and reducing account attrition by consistently exceeding program goals.
Key responsibilities include the setup and management of standard digital campaigns, as well as providing support to the Senior Digital Services Manager and assisting with billing processes when needed. The role requires expertise in various platforms and tools, including Operative, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Celtra, Meta, Google Campaign Manager (GCM), Looker, third-party vendors, and other relevant proprietary systems.
This role is hybrid 3 days a week in Dotdash Meredith's Des Moines office.
Essential Job Functions
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
50 - Monitor advertising campaigns to ensure optimization for performance and revenue.
20 - Prepare consolidated reports monthly, at campaign close, and/or as requested.
10 - Maintain QA process for all advertisements, assuring that all ads are properly tracked.Ensure prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues.
10 - Work closely with the Sr. Digital Services Manager and Sales Executives on forecasting and revenue monitoring.
10 - Understand client campaign objectives and perform quality checks on an ongoing basis.
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
B.A./B.S. in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred; or equivalent training or experience.
Experience:
3-5 years of digital marketing, sales, and/or account management experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of digital performance metrics
High attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and demonstrated ability to quickly build positive team relationships
Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
Ability to exercise judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements
Be a problem solver, not a problem alerter
Intermediate level of Excel, basic proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and ability to work under tight time restrictions
Good verbal and written communication skills
