Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
Requirements:
• 5+ years working with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Experience developing technical documentation for digital analytics implementations
• Expertise using debugger tools, validating tags and troubleshooting tagging issues
• Experience working with tag management tools such as Tealium, Ensighten or Adobe Launch
• JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Office Suite software (Excel and PowerPoint)
• General understanding of digital marketing technologies and strategies
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform solutions is a plus
Job Duties:
• Manage tagging projects tasks and deliverables using Jira
• Gain thorough understanding of new and existing digital experiences and what success looks like
• Translate data and insights needs into business requirements and best-practice tagging strategies
• Maintain comprehensive tagging documentation and inform internal partners of upcoming changes as needed
• Validate that tags are working as expected
• Develop dashboards in Adobe Analytics and assist with any questions about the reports and data available
• Mentor team members and partners across the organization on Adobe Analytics' capabilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Analytics Tagging Specialist to support end-to-end implementation projects, from identifying KPIs and optimal tagging approaches, to validating the tags and developing dashboards using the data collected from our digital experiences.
This role interacts with various functions across the organization, working closely with the Digital Product, Tagging Development, and Marketing Analytics teams. The ideal candidate is curious and resourceful, has keen attention to detail, as well as excellent technical, organizational and communication skills.
