The Digital Advertising Specialist position will focus on creating, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns to elevate brand presence, drive lead generation, and increase overall ROI. The Digital Ad Specialist will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to utilize data to make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance
As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will help build ad campaigns and optimize data and conversion tracking to take our clients to the next level through advertising implementation and data analysis. The ideal Digital Ads Specialist candidate has personal experience building advertising campaigns on Meta and Google. Past experience in Google Analytics setup and data interpretation is a must for this role.

This position reports directly to the Creative and Ads Director. This position requires five days per week in the office with hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Digital Ads Management: Design, implement, and optimize effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Digital Ads Creation: Develop compelling advertising copy make asset selections tailored to each digital platform.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the creative team to develop media assets tailored to each platform and target audience, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Monthly Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly reports to evaluate campaign performance.
- Client Management: Assist in the onboarding of new clients including verifying account connections, and accurate data tracking.
- Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
- Guidance: Provide strategic advertising and marketing recommendations based on campaign data and industry best practices. Clearly articulate these recommendations to clients to support their business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Advertising, with a proven track record of success
- A strong background in website and digital advertising data analytics.
- Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, with demonstrated creativity and attention to detail, especially when crafting platform-appropriate copy.
- Ability to manage time, communication, and meet deadlines
- Ability and interest in driving your own learning and figuring out solutions to complex problems
- A bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Media Analytics, or a relevant field is ideal.
