The Digital Advertising Operations Manager (DAOM) plays a central role in the success of digital campaign management across advertising campaigns, including ad trafficking, data gathering and reporting. The DAOM acts as a central hub, serving four internal WW teams (Integrated Media, Project Management, Production, Measurement) and owning the relationships with ad-serving partners and publisher-side ad ops teams.
The DAOM guarantees the successful execution of all digital campaigns working with the Media team to initiate creative rotation and independently managing production specs, timelines, tag creation, trafficking and QA. The DAOM will work closely with project managers to communicate deadlines and specs and ascertain final ad assets for trafficking. Exceptional communication, multitasking, attention to detail, prioritization and management skills are required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Digital Advertising Operations Manager - Deliver flawless execution of digital ad campaigns to meet client campaign launch timelines
- Develop and manage workflow documents for ad trafficking process - including media tactics, specs and timelines
- Upload creative and set up campaigns in ad-serving network (Campaign Manager)
- Create floodlight tags, ad tracking pixels and UTMs as necessary for successful campaign measurement
- Traffic site-serve ad assets to publishers
- Launch campaigns, conduct QA on ad assets, identify errors
- Proactively communicate with all teams regarding timelines, deadlines, risks, launch, QA
- Work with publishers and vendors to ensure successful tracking implementation and resolution of issues
- Pull verification reports, sharing with relevant media team members
- Assist across the team to align ad serving and billings
- Receive social ad preview links from vendors, identify any issues and work with PMs to rectify before launch
Additional Responsibilities as a Member of the Digital Platforms Team - Attend and participate actively in relevant team and agency assignments

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant position, digital ad operations experience preferred
- Certifications in CM360, Google Analytics, Google Ads and other relevant technology platforms a plus
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape
- Effective problem-solver and generator of creative, innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
