As Closed Loop evolves and expands our full-funnel digital capabilities, we are seeking a Digital Advertising Coordinator-Ad Operations to join our growing and innovative team. This can be a fully remote position (U.S. only) or an in-office/hybrid position

for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area.

You Will:
  • Assist Digital Ad Managers in the execution of display and social strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives for our clients, across programmatic mobile, display, video, social, OTT, CTV, and audio.
    • Build and traffic out media campaigns in Campaign Manager 360, and export corresponding click and impression tags to be placed in designated media platforms.
    • Experience working with advanced taxonomy systems and ensuring cross-platform connectivity.
    • QA and test various creatives and ads before launching, verifying all ad units are functioning properly, and reporting correctly on internal ad servers.
    • Ownership of updating internal mapping document with all tags and their specifications to share with the ad manager.
    • Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting.
  • Regularly audit spend pacing, delivery, and performance mid-flight to ensure campaigns stay on track and budget.
  • Ensure floodlights, pixels, and events are correctly implemented, firing, and attributing conversions for accurate measurement.
  • Help produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management.
  • Be consistently curious and inquisitive - learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to maximize their effectiveness for our clients' benefit
  • Eventually assume management of 1+ client accounts. Exhibit strong account ownership.
  • Interact with Digital Advertising team with clear, concise communications.
  • Research and keep abreast of trends in programmatic advertising.
You'll Have:
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with one or more paid advertising platforms (e.g. DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Strong problem-solving skills as they relate to troubleshooting issues
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel skills
  • A high level of accountability, organization, and personal responsibility
  • Willingness to jump into unknown territory and learn quickly
  • Familiarity with building or reading platform dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
The following aren't required, but would make you a stronger candidate:
  • Agency experience, analytics, and/or Tableau experience
  • Understanding of floodlight implementation and experience in GTM
  • Campaign Manager 360 / DV360 certifications

The salary range for this position is $50-$60k/year, DOE.
