We're hiring a Full-Cycle Ads Strategist, a hybrid talent who can independently own the entire paid media process from start to finish. You will be responsible for setting up ad platforms, developing strategy, writing compelling copy, art directing visuals, and optimizing campaign performance. We need a performance-driven digital leader who can work autonomously, deliver strategic insights, and produce meaningful results for our B2B service clients.
This role isn't for someone who simply completes assigned tasks, it's for a strategic executor who can think big-picture, take initiative, and own both the planning and hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for leading the paid media service line for the agency, which means autonomously driving strategy, making informed decisions, and ensuring high-quality implementation from start to finish.
This is a position based out of our Downtown Fort Collins office with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The position requires you to attend client meetings and be available in person as needed.
QualificationsRole Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Proven ability to go from zero to working: demonstrate how you validate messaging, audiences, offers, and creative through testing and iteration
- Experience delivering both B2B and B2C ad campaigns with a clear understanding of how to achieve ad-market fit in each context
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to direct or repurpose creative assets for multiple ad formats
- Expert level experience in Meta Business Manager and Ad Platforms, LinkedIn Business Manager and Ad Platforms, Google Analytics (G4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search and Display Network
- Strong business acumen, can tie ad performance to marketing KPIs, pipeline health, and client revenue goals
- Confident communicator, able to present strategy, data, and next steps clearly to both internal stakeholders and client teams
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $55,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications
