The Digital Account Supervisor serves as the primary client liaison, providing strategic guidance throughout the planning process and the entire lifecycle of our business partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Digital Client Relations, this role plays a key part in executing client strategies, ensuring smooth implementation, and tracking measurable success.

Collaborating closely with Digital Managers, the Digital Account Supervisor integrates performance insights with creative solutions to optimize campaigns and drive results. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a creatively driven environment and is passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, responsive account management, and experience-based problem solving. Lead high-tier client accounts, overseeing a portfolio of 6 to 15 clients while collaborating with Account Executives and Account teams to integrate creative strategies with performance data for client success.
  • Project Management and Execution: Drive strategic planning with clients to define goals, KPIs, and timelines while overseeing seamless implementation. Support the team as needed, monitor performance, and communicate ROI to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Client Reporting: Generate quarterly client reports for review by the Account Director/Vice President of Digital Media. Analyze account performance, client relationship health, campaign/tactic performance, key insights, client ROI, and growth-oriented recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets, overseeing the implementation of social media ads, programmatic placements, media buys, influencer campaigns, and other tactics as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a deep understanding of each client's business, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and the right candidate is an expert at strategic planning, trend identification, and performance optimization for their client portfolio.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing, preferably within a creative, high-energy culture, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity of key digital marketing tools, platforms and analytic dashboards including but not limited to Sprout, Tagger, ClickUp, G-Suite, and Canva.
  • Google Suite: Must have a comprehensive understanding and strong proficiency in Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
  • Revenue Focus: Proven track record of exceeding expansion and retention targets.
  • Account Negotiation: Experience negotiating and managing a range of customer accounts from SMB to enterprise.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to develop strategic plans and optimize processes for long-term scalability.
  • Client Empathy: Empathy for clients paired with a passion for revenue generation.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail Orientation: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Physical Demands: Sitting 85% of the time, standing 15% of the time.
  • Working Hours: Typically, work hours are from 9:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST, Mondays through Fridays. Availability to work as needed on nights and weekends may be required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel weekly for client meetings, industry events, and team retreats as needed
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 20-50 lbs. as necessary.
  • Manual Dexterity: Regular use of hands and fingers for computer use.
  • Sensory Function: Everyday use of vision and auditory senses, including exposure to blue light from computers.
  • Environment: Work primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. However, occasional travel and the ability to work in-office and on-site for client related meetings and events may be necessary.
  • Communication: Daily communication with peers, media, and clients is essential to the role.
  • Cognitive Demands: Ability to maintain cognitive thinking and logical reasoning throughout tasks and responsibilities.
