Client Overview: Our retail client is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team.
Role Overview: As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with clients, overseeing media plans from start to completion, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Building strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of the suppliers' business goals and marketing objectives.
- Driving the end-to-end creative process between the supplier and creative team.
- Partnering closely with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking & optimizations.
- Providing frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns.
- Working closely with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Sharing actionable insights & recommendations to support supplier's strategy and driving incremental revenue.
- Supporting monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
Digital Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or a client-facing marketing role-preferably within retail or agency environments.
- Proven track record of managing and executing digital media campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., display, social, search, video).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, media metrics, and performance measurement tools.
- Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360) and trafficking tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager).
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, reporting accuracy, and billing support.
