Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 A and AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility tools.
Experience in manual and automated testing of digital assets for accessibility.
Ability to remediate complex documents and provide guidance on accessible document creation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to educate and train others on accessibility tools, policies, and standards.
Familiarity with tools such as axe, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, etc.
Experience in policy development, digital accessibility strategy, and change management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

IAAP Certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS) or willingness to obtain.
Background in UX, web development, content strategy, or related fields.
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and Massachusetts digital accessibility laws and guidelines.
