Your Role
- Assist in guiding residents' nutritional care under the direction of Registered Dietitians.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services).
- Support in conducting nutrition assessments and implementing care plans.
- Monitor and document nutritional status, including weight, wound, renal, and tube-fed residents.
- Assist with conducting Quality Assurance audits.
- Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments.
- Offer one-on-one nutrition counseling under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
- Lead and assist in nutrition group classes.
