Dietary Manager

Livingston Manor Care Center is looking for a qualified person for the dietary manager of a 92 bed skilled nursing facility.

Duties and Responsibilities include overseeing the budget, purchase of food and supplies, oversee safe and timely meal preparation, services and storage while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. This person will monitor regular and therapeutic diets, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and QAPI activities when food and nutrition are involved. The dietary manager will help with recruiting, hiring and scheduling of dietary personnel.

Experience is preferred as a dietary manager/supervisor in a long term care environment and will be able to attain the CDM certificate, (if not already certified), according to state regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
