Responsibilities- Perform automotive diagnostics on diesel trucks, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance tasks, including working on transmissions, air brakes, alignments, hydraulics, suspensions, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize dealership experience and premium skills to work on a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, Caterpillar machinery, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Provide exceptional customer service while servicing vehicles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as needed and perform tire services, welding, and soldering when required.
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Possess a valid driver's license and CDL to operate vehicles, including Caterpillar machinery.
- Utilize computer skills to access schematics and efficiently diagnose and repair equipment.

Basic Qualifications• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years' experience as a general technician in a dealership or related truck service facility
• Basic computer skills
• Regular, predictable and full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions
