Diesel Service Technicians responsible for: troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions and other various components found on all heavy-duty truck makes and models.

Diesel Service Technicians are eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. Diesel Mechanic Benefits:
  • Up to $1,500 per week, paid biweekly
  • Typical Hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm)
  • $3,000 sign on bonus

Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • PACCAR, Cummins, CAT & ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Valid State Inspection License is a plus, but not required

Primary responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
  • Document work in progress on repair orders
  • Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs
  • Road test vehicle, if necessary.

All Service Technicians may qualify for the quarterly performance incentive plan that is based upon the department's performance and profitability.
