Duties - Supervise daily operations and manage team performance during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members in their roles, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and workflow, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
- Conduct quality checks on products using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on shift performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
Skills - Proficiency in CNC machining and tooling techniques.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for design interpretation and modifications.
- Experience using hand tools for fabrication tasks.
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of CAM programming to optimize machining processes.
