PAY PACKAGE:
Salary Range: $75,000 - $93,000/annually (Dependent on experience)
Experience Required:
1+ years of Siemens CT experience
An Illinois license must be in hand (no emergency or pending accepted)

Submission Requirements:
1+ year of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume - REQUIRED
Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume - REQUIRED
Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN - REQUIRED
Must have FMC and EMR abilities - REQUIRED
Certifications - don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
License - must be active for the state they will be working at time of submission
