Join Our Team as a Diagnostic Technologist Specialist.
Are you a skilled diagnostic technologist looking for an exciting Full time opportunity? We seek a dedicated professional to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This role requires travel to all NCPA facilities, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accreditation Support: Assist with accreditation responsibilities to ensure high standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the tech quality assurance program, reviewing and updating protocols alongside or in place of lead technologists.
- Staff Training: Lead training sessions on new equipment and techniques and serve as a technical resource for daily operations.
- Continuing Education: Assist technologists with their continuing education needs and participate in staff annual performance reviews as a peer delegate.
- Research Collaboration: Collaborate with radiologists and researchers to identify new techniques and solve problems.
- Program Development: Create and implement new training programs and assist with the startup of new offsite locations.
- Comprehensive Role: Perform all responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I and Advanced Diagnostic Tech II.
- Industry Standards: Attend advanced training sessions and seminars to stay current with industry standards and share knowledge with the team.

Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Three years of Diagnostic experience is required. Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on the most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
ARRT certified in Radiography.
CPR or BLS Required.
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
- ARRT Certificate
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
