Get to Know Your Team:
- Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.
Responsibilities- Performs routine diagnostic imaging procedures in support of the assigned area and as requested by a licensed medical provider.
- Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety.
- Provide clerical support for the assigned department to include, but not limited to: filing, maintaining records, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and entering data into the computer.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program
- ARRT or registry eligible Employees employed in or prior to 1972 and licensed by the State of NM are considered grandfathered and exempt from ARRT requirements
- Radiologic Technologist License issued by the State of NM
- CPR certified
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- One (1) year of related experience in a hospital setting
