Description SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Homeland Security HQ Desktop Support Services 3.0 (DSS 3.0) contract. These positions will provide a broad range of desktop and end-user services in support of DHS's mission to safeguard the American people, our homeland, and our values. Services include but are not limited to: call/contact center services, help desk services, service desk support services, end-user support services, network operations and maintenance support services, operation and maintenance of the DHS HQ A-LAN, engineering support services, and project management services. The positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for August 2025 with an September 2025 start date. All positions must be performed in the United States and will be either be on contractor site, government site, or remote. Qualifications Positions will be available in the following skill areas. • Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Must be able to successfully obtain a DHS Public Trust Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
