Prod support analyst activities broadly include: - Provides senior level production support of Tier II applications, databases and/or systems
- Provide technical support for several applications in the SDLC and troubleshoots issues
- Ability to diagnose problems, define and co-ordinate the implementation of solutions individually
- Ability to write, modify, and execute SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server
- Interfacing with Application Developers to communicate issues and suggest remediation
- Excellent oral and written communications skills along with strong documentation skills
- Resolve Incident Management issues from triage through to resolution
- Managing the running of daily batch processing and scheduled production activities
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Middleware solutions
Required skills: - Experience with query languages such as Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience developing/optimization of query language scripts
- Experience with common data fix procedure
- Experience/understanding of agile process and its roles
- Experience using large scale version control, build and PMO tools (DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong software analytic skills/experience
- Experience in training/mentoring a junior developer is a plus
- Experience/understanding of healthcare industry is a plus
- Salesforce CRM, APEX design knowledge
- IBM Middleware knowledge Data Power, ACE, OpenShift React
