Job Description We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, cloud-based environments. This role focuses on building, managing, and improving CI/CD pipelines across a variety of applications, while implementing secure, scalable DevSecOps practices. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to streamline delivery, enforce security standards, and automate deployment workflows using modern tools and methodologies. Ideal candidates are strong technical generalists with a "security-first" mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for clean automation. Core Responsibilities Lead and manage CI/CD pipeline implementations across multiple applications.
Build and maintain containerized apps using Kubernetes and Helm charts.
Design and optimize cloud-native solutions (AWS)
Architect and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
Automate build/release processes and integrate tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Collaborate with dev teams to support DevSecOps best practices.
Write and maintain scripts in Bash and Python.
Support hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments with modern toolsets.
Document processes and configurations for reusability and clarity. Required Skills Must-Have Skills 7-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, software development, or systems engineering.
Strong CI/CD pipeline development experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS.
Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles.
