Job Summary: North Stone, LLC is seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Configuration Manager to lead configuration management activities and support secure software delivery pipelines across enterprise Oracle environments. With 6-10 years of relevant experience, this individual will be responsible for aligning configuration practices with Agile DevSecOps principles, supporting compliance and audit readiness, and managing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) across all software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases. This role is critical in ensuring deployment accuracy, baseline integrity, and continuous integration and delivery performance for mission-critical enterprise solutions. Candidates located in Dayton, OH, are preferred. However, remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications and business needs. This position is contingent upon contract award expected June 2025 Job Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the configuration management lead, supporting release and environment management efforts in close coordination with DevSecOps teams. Participate in and support various governance forums including Configuration Control Board (CCB), Change Control Board (CCB), Functional Review Board (FRB), Requirements Review Board (RRB), and Program Review Boards. Conduct and document Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), maintaining audit artifacts, findings, and action item status. Maintain and evolve the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) as a living document that governs program-wide CM practices and compliance. Perform lifecycle CM of program artifacts, acquisition documentation, and contractor-submitted deliverables, review for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contract data requirements. Track change requests and process updates through tools such as Jira; lead process refinement discussions to reach stakeholder consensus; document and publish process changes and CM training materials. Integrate CM processes into CI/CD pipelines to ensure accurate and secure deployments; develop standards and best practices for automation and audit traceability. Provide advisory support on the use of automated configuration tools to accelerate delivery timelines and maintain compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records of configuration items, baseline versions, and associated change histories using appropriate tools and repositories. Support quality assurance of software and documentation deliverables, including adherence to CDRL schedules and version control best practices. Perform additional CM-related duties as required to support ongoing system development, integration, and sustainment operations. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Must be a US Citizen with a minimum of a SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance 6-10 years of experience in configuration management within large-scale enterprise IT or government environments. Strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and RICE-W components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and integration of configuration controls in Agile software delivery environments. Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Jira, Octane, or equivalent, and experience developing process documentation and CM training materials. Capable of managing both strategic CM frameworks and tactical implementation activities in compliance with program standards and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) with strong communication and documentation skills. Ability and willingness to travel within the Continental U.S. as needed to support operational deployments and stakeholder engagement.
