Skill: DevOps Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
Experience with Git-based workflows and version control systems.
Understanding of security, networking, and system architecture principles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Implement and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve software delivery cycles.
Manage configuration and secrets using tools like Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or SSM.
Own incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
